This Process Step is simply a handover from the Contract Negotiator to the nominated Project Board and Project Management Team for the new Project, ensuring that they are given all the relevant information and materials.

Contract Negotiator

Advise the nominated Project Board that the Contract has been won, and that all is now ready to initiate the Project, and commence work on the date specified by the End User Agreement or Customer Contract

Contract Negotiator

Make the Bid File available to the nominated Project Executive and Project Manager – this will form the Project Mandate

Contract Negotiator

Brief the nominated Project Manager on the contents of the Bid File, any key points that need to be emphasised, and any issues or concerns that are not clearly documented in the Bid File
