These are the folders that your organisation (and in particular the Management Team of the Bid Project or the Delivery Project, and Financial Control), needs to operate the Core Process Support Work. The folders contain the Project Control Data for monitoring and reporting the progress and financial status of a Bid Project or a Delivery Project. This data includes Time Records, the Records of Quality Events and Commercial Events and the information in the Bid Project or Delivery Project accounts (Project Ledger Reports providing e.g. monthly details of effort expended, purchases from Suppliers, and (where relevant) the raising of Customer Invoices).
