A Record containing detailed information about an Issue. An Issue may be:
- a Problem
- a Query
- a Request For Change
- an Error or Off-specification.
A common feature of each of these Types of Issue is that resolving them might lead to Change. For example, a Query from an End User or a Customer might lead to the realisation that the current basis for the Project will not meet the business need. This could change the Business Case, and so need some significant redirection of the Project.
The same Template is used to capture the details of all four types of Issue.
All Issue Records for a Bid and/or a Project are included in the one Issues Folder.
