Follow-on Actions Report
description producers & consumers template example
Description top
This report is to capture any actions that are outstanding as a Project comes to an end. The actions that are seen to be outstanding should only be those that do not prevent closure, and here the Project Board must agree.
The Report recommends actions that should or could be taken to:
- focus on particular Issues raised (but not resolved) by the Project (e.g. uncompleted work, potential improvements in development techniques, Changes that were not pursued);
- address Risks that have not expired
- initiate further work (possibly outstanding and unfunded but foreseen for a later Phase/Stage - for example ongoing training or support)
- exploit a new opportunity or extension sale, possibly created by the completion of the Project.
This Report would normally be presented to the Project Board with the End Project Report.
