A summary of all the roles in a Bid Project, the ensuing Delivery Project, and the tasks they will perform. Initially the details of the roles in the Bid Project Team will be firmer than those for the Delivery Project Team.
This form is likely to be updated repeatedly as roles, Contractor Agreements and Resourcing Agreements are finalised. As the Bid starts, this will affect the Bid Team's roles, but as the Bid proceeds and the solution develops, the focus will shift to the roles of the Delivery Project Team.
