A summary of the main features of a Bid (name of the Prospect, summary of the Requirement, potential value, likely contractual framework, outline Bid timetable, etc.). It tells the managers who will be contributing, that the Bid / No-bid Decision was positive, and alerts them to the assignments for which they will be asked to provide Resources.

It is a source of information for the Bid Plan.
