The Record of the time worked by a Project Team Member on a Project, a Bid, or an overhead activity. Each member of your organisation's’s staff, and its temporary employees, is responsible at the end of each period for entering accurate information into the appropriate Time Recording System(s). The data captured is stored in the systems’ data files which are part of the Project Control Folders
Note that if during a period work is done for different Business Units, subsidiary organisations, or affiliated organisations, this may require the use of more than one Time Recording System to enter Time Records for all the work done during that period.
