Resource Availability Report
description producers & consumers template example
Description top
A concise written summary of the Resources (people, services and Facilities) that can be made available for a Bid or a Project. Resource Availability Report(s) will usually be written by Resource Manager(s) and/or Facilities Manager(s) or by their counterparts in Joint Bidders or Direct Suppliers. Usually they will be produced in response to Resourcing Requirements, circulated by a Bid or Project Manager.
The lack of available Resources may be a reason to decide not to Bid for an opportunity.
For a Project this is rarely an option, and the lack of internal Resources may lead to the use of staff or Project Facilities from a Joint Bidder or Direct Supplier, e.g. the hire from an agency of temporary staff, accommodation, and/or equipment.
