An outline of the arrangements for a Joint Bid and Project. It is used to provide a commercial framework for a Bid, until Resourcing Agreements and Contractor Agreements have been negotiated and signed. It is a supporting document when taking the Bid / No-bid Decision.
It will usually take the form of a letter or a memorandum of understanding, and will carry the signatures of all the participants in a Joint Bid. Internal copies may also have as an attachment a list of the candidates for Joint Bidder. This list is company confidential, and should not be sent to external parties.
