This is an internal report (one per Project) produced and updated by Financial Control, with some assistance from the Project's Manager and Business Unit Manager. In addition to the Project's income (Customer Invoices) and expenditure (effort, purchases), the information it contains includes details of internal transactions (Cross Charges and adjustments, e.g. revenue, profit) to be taken for the period to which the Project Commercial Report relates. Before the transactions recorded in a Project Commercial Report can be implemented they will be Approved by the Business Unit Manager.
