A graphical presentation of a Bid or Project's important Milestone dates. It is updated for each new Project Status Report or Highlight Report. It provides a simple incremental historical record of deviations from a Bid or a Project's planned Schedule, together with the current situation.

Properly completed a Milestone Trends Chart (MTC) illustrates clearly when a Bid or Project is ahead of its planned schedule, or is slipping behind it. It is a valuable tool for managing Contractual Milestones.
