Lessons Learned Report
description producers & consumers template example
Description top
A debriefing report, written at the end of a Project by the Project Manager, and submitted to the Project Board, to record any lessons that can usefully be applied to other Projects. Major sources of the information it contains will be the Lessons Learned Log, the Quality Log, and metrics and other information recorded in the Project's Status Reports.
Collectively, these Lessons Learned Reports could be a prime source of ideas for future improvement of The Guidepost B & P.
