A Log of all Issues raised for a Project, showing the Issue Number, Issue Type, Issue Priority, author, date identified, date of last update, description and current status. The Issue Log and Issue Records for a Project are included within the Project’s Issues Folder.

The Issue Log will be a Project’s main source of information about an Issue unless there is a lot of information about it to be saved – in which case an Issue Record will be created.
