A Report written by the Project Manager and submitted to the Project Board. It takes the same general form as a routine Project Status Report. It is submitted with the Project Manager’s Recommendations to the Project Board for how the Project should proceed after the End of the Phase. It is usually submitted with the Phase Plan(s) for the next Phase(s). Alternatively it will accompany a Closure Phase Plan, with a Recommendation for Project Closure (normal or premature).
