A type of Job Description provided to the person assigned to negotiate an agreement with:
- a Customer
- an End User
- a Prime Contractor
- a Joint Bidder
- a Direct Supplier.
The type of agreement to be negotiated would be in connection with one or more Bid(s) or Project(s). It would cover the supply of goods and services, collaboration on a Bid and/or a Project, and would include obligations that survive the end of the Bid or Project (e.g. warranty and support). Other types of agreement such as Non-Disclosure or a Lease for some premises, are not covered by this Management Product, or by the Process Steps with which it is connected.
