The full set of Documents which comprise the commercial basis of a Bid and/or a Project. The set will include:

a Bid Plan
one or more Project Plan(s) (e.g. PID, Project Plan, Phase Plan(s))
a Proposal
End User Agreement(s) or Customer Contract(s)
Contractor Agreements
Controlling Specification(s) (e.g. End User Requirement, Customer Request (RFP/ITT)).
