The full set of Documents which comprise the commercial basis of a Bid and/or a Project. The set will include:

  • a Bid Plan
  • one or more Project Plan(s) (e.g. PID, Project Plan, Phase Plan(s))
  • a Proposal
  • End User Agreement(s) or Customer Contract(s)
  • Contractor Agreements
  • Controlling Specification(s) (e.g. End User Requirement, Customer Request (RFP/ITT)).

This set of documents is at the focus of Contract Management, Issue Management and Change Control. The individual Products shown below have their own Product Profiles which should be viewed for more information.
