A particular type of Record (a Quality Record) which, when signed by both parties, marks the formal recognition of delivery of a Product from its Producer to its intended recipient. Usually this will be Contractual delivery to an End User or a Customer by a Supplier. Central to this delivery is agreement that the Product in question meets its Acceptance Criteria.
